The Host

Matt PusateriAn admitted “nonfiction geek,” Matt Pusateri has commitment issues with novels and great works of fiction, but has been in a long-term, committed love affair with narrative nonfiction all of his adult life.

Matt earned a Master’s degree in nonfiction writing at Johns Hopkins University. His writing has appeared in The Morning News, Babble.com, and the Washington Post. He’s currently working on a nonfiction book about threats to voting rights and fair elections. He’s also going to get caught up on that dangerously tall stack of New Yorker issues on his side table any day now.

Matt lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where he runs Flying Dog Creative, which helps nonprofits and small companies with communications strategy and content development.
